My approach is to ground, strengthen and re-energise my students in a calm, gentle and flowing way.
I guide students to increase their awareness of the breath and to explore movement of the body drawing a connection between the two.
I always encourage an open environment, a place of no competition so individuals can take their practice to their own level. My goal is to help change the way people feel both on and off the mat.
